Points to note when registering your email address

Please note the following when registering your email address.

1 Addresses that violate RFC <br>Email addresses that meet the following conditions do not conform to the RFC (Request for Comments), a globally common Internet communication standard. will not be delivered.

Communication carriers such as docomo and au have been able to create non-RFC compliant addresses in the past. As a result, users of docomo, au, etc. can still use it, but there are many things that cannot be sent from services that comply with RFC (email from a PC, gmail, etc.).
Currently, even docomo, au, etc. cannot create non-RFC compliant e-mail addresses. Please change your email address and register again.

2 Non-delivery of carrier mail such as ezweb and AU
There have been many cases of customers using and email addresses not receiving emails even though they have been sent.
If you are using the recommended settings for au's spam filter, if an email is judged to be spam, it will be blocked and you won't even be able to check it until the next day.

3 Other non-delivery
It has been filtered or marked as spam. Please be sure to set your reception list settings, filter settings, spam settings, etc. so that you can receive them reliably.

Check "Never send to spam" and select "Create Filter".

4 About garbled characters
" News & Updates" does not contain device-dependent characters, and is sent in the character code "ISO-2022-JP". may cause it. In particular, carrier mail is prone to this problem because it involves a lot of conversion processing. The most effective way to deal with it is not to use carrier mail. Please consider migrating to Gmail, etc.
