Frequently asked questions about pre-orders

Q. When will the reserved items arrive?
A. When you place your order, we will send you an email with the subject line "Order Confirmation Order Number: #----". We are here.
Please note that the arrival schedule displayed in My Account is the date that we are currently accepting reservations, and is different from the arrival schedule of the purchased product.

Q. Can I cancel my reservation?
A. We accept cancellations until the product arrives. Please contact us from "Inquiries" with the email address and order No. at the time of ordering.
Cancellation fee is free.
As soon as we receive the product, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel it, as the shipping procedure will begin immediately. The actual arrival may be much earlier than the "scheduled arrival". If you wish to cancel, please proceed as soon as possible.
The specific refund date after the cancellation is completed depends on the card company you use. In some cases, it may be processed as a refund (offset) for the next month. For details, please contact your credit card company directly.

Q. If I purchase products with different arrival schedules, how will they be delivered?
A. It will be shipped when all the products are in stock (this is also the case when you purchase in-stock products and reserved products together). If you would like to have the items that can be shipped out at any time, please place separate orders for each item.

Q. Can I get a notification when the product is in stock?
A. If the arrival schedule is significantly delayed, we will contact you about the future schedule to your registered email address. If the product is shipped as scheduled or ahead of schedule, we will send a notification with a tracking number to your registered email address after the product has been shipped.

Q. Can I pay later?
A. The product price will be settled at the time of reservation.

Q. Can I change the color?
A. There are products that can change colors and products that cannot. If not, you will need to cancel and place a new order. First of all, please contact us from the form on the official website.
